Bapcor in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our Technology team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension or conversion to permanent. We will modernise HRIS, Payroll and Time & Attendance platforms and drive architecture across key domains.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HRIS, Payroll and Time & Attendance transformation programs.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions across multiple domains.
• Proven capability to partner with stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern solution architectures across business applications, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure and security domains.
• Provide architecture leadership across strategic transformation initiatives (HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance).
• Partner with business stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
• Evaluate options, balance business outcomes, risk, cost and delivery considerations.
