Job summary

Cheil Australia is seeking an HRBP & Client Manager to run the Samsung Field Force Program from our Sydney HQ. You will own client relationships, HR/ER/IR, financials and project governance for this key account.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage recruitment to budget, and drive program efficiencies while enhancing Cheil and Samsung collaboration. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Client service experience (min 3 years) across large accounts.
• HRBP level experience (min 5 years) in managing people and clients.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Retail or consumer electronics experience is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Samsung Field Force Program within approved budgets.
• Establish and manage financial arrangements with the client.
• Deliver program KPIs and reporting on a timely basis.
• Recruitment planning and headcount management to budget.
• Provide leadership and development for the Cheil Retail Field Force team.
• Develop initiatives to improve performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships with clear expectations and outputs.
• Proactively advise on issues and resolutions across the client account.
