Vivability Ltd. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR and WHS and ensure a compliant, safe, and supportive environment for staff. You will report to the Corporate Services Senior Manager and drive HR initiatives including return-to-work processes and adherence to WHS legislation.

You will lead policy development, recruitment, onboarding, and industrial relations while monitoring HR metrics and budgets to support organisational goals.

Formación

• Minimum certificate IV in HR or WHS or equivalent experience.
• Certifications or qualifications in WHS or Workers Compensation (e.g., Return to Work Coordinator).
• 3–5 years' experience in HR or WHS roles.
• Experience in recruitment, performance, employee relations and workers' compensation processes.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, Award interpretation, Industrial Relations, Fair Work and WHS regulations.
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in HR or WHS (desirable).
• Involvement in developing and implementing HR policies, industrial relations strategies and WHS programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HR and WHS function to align with the organisation's mission and objectives.
• Create and implement HR and WHS policies to drive improvement.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to meet staffing needs.
• Provide guidance on Award and legislation interpretation.
• Advise on industrial relations issues, grievances, disputes, and Fair Work compliance.
• Lead WHS management system to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee WHS incident reporting and investigations with timely corrective actions.
• Manage return-to-work processes and rehabilitation plans.
• Prepare and deliver HR/WHS reports highlighting KPIs and trends to senior management.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends to guide decision-making.
• Manage HR/WHS budgets in collaboration with senior management.
• Monitor legislation/Award changes and support change management.
• Support strategic workforce planning.
