Job summary

Witmore Limited in Singleton is seeking a dedicated WHS & Compliance Officer to lead the WHS and compliance function across the organisation. This part-time role (30 hours per week) coordinates NDIS and internal audits and HR administration, while developing and monitoring WHS policies to support staff, participants and visitors.

The successful candidate will have formal WHS qualifications and experience in risk management, incident investigations, and training, with strong communication and

Qualifications

• Formal WHS qualifications or equivalent recognised certification.
• Experience in WHS or compliance roles in relevant sectors.
• Knowledge of Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and NDIA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain WHS policies and risk management.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate WHS audits (NDIS and internal) across sites.
• Provide WHS training and induction programs for staff.
• Oversee incident prevention and continuous safety improvements.
