Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Training Specialist for a leading healthcare organisation in Melbourne, Australia, undergoing a major transformation with a new enterprise HR platform. You will design, develop and deliver end-to-end training programs for SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro, supporting end-user readiness and adoption across diverse teams.

You will conduct needs analysis, create engaging materials, deliver instructor-led, virtual and blended sessions, and collaborate with Change Management

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working in large-scale transformation projects in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver end-to-end training programs for SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro.
• Conduct training needs analysis for HR teams, leaders, payroll and end users.
• Create participant guides, e-learning, job aids and adoption resources.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual and blended learning across multiple functions.
• Collaborate with PMs, BAs, SMEs, HR and Change to align content with future processes.
• Partner with Change Management to drive readiness and adoption.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments and adoption metrics.
• Provide post-go-live support and refresher training.
