Job summary

Michael Page Australia is supporting a leading healthcare organisation in Sydney through a significant transformation. We seek a Training Specialist to drive end-user readiness and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro across a diverse workforce.

You will design and deliver end-to-end training, conduct needs analyses, develop e-learning and job aids, and lead instructor-led and blended sessions across HR, payroll, and frontline teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training for SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro platforms.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise training programs in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working within project or large scale transformation environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training deliverables simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver end-to-end training programs supporting the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro across the organisation.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning requirements for HR teams, people leaders, payroll teams, and end users.
• Develop engaging training materials including: participant reference guides, e-learning modules, job aids, user adoption resources.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs to a diverse stakeholder group across multiple business functions.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, SMEs, HR, payroll, and change teams to ensure training content aligns with future-state business processes.
• Partner closely with Change Management teams to drive user readiness, engagement, and system adoption.
• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and adoption metrics, making continuous improvements where required.
• Provide post-go-live support, floor walking, coaching, and refresher training to ensure successful transition into business-as-usual operations.
