Job summary

PM-Partners Group is seeking a Business Analyst who enjoys working closely with people, processes and organisational change on a HR transformation initiative at the Gold Coast.

You will map current and future-state processes, run stakeholder workshops and help design practical, scalable ways of working that improve the end-to-end employee lifecycle while aligning with governance and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis experience.
• Experience leading discovery and process review activities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• A structured and analytical approach to problem solving.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
• Mapping current and future-state business processes.
• Reviewing policies, procedures and operational practices.
• Identifying process gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Developing recommendations and supporting implementation planning.
• Providing governance, reporting and project support.
