Job summary

Inspire Early Learning Journey in Camberwell, VIC, is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end people processes, from recruitment and onboarding to contracts and policy guidance. You will partner with Campus Managers to forecast resourcing and maintain accurate employee records.

The role requires tertiary HR qualifications, strong communication, discretion with sensitive information, exceptional time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
• Experience handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Bilingual Mandarin Chinese is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, staff transfers and terminations.
• Create and maintain job adverts on SEEK and other platforms and conduct candidate screenings.
• Collaborate with Campus Managers to determine resourcing needs and contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with Campus Managers and candidates throughout recruitment.
• Provide advice and support on workforce planning and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with modern awards and maintain accurate employee records.
• Address employee complaints with problem-solving skills.
• Prepare monthly reports for Managers and contribute to people and culture projects.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and guidelines align with best practices and organisational goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate HR reporting using the HR system.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
