Story House Early Learning is seeking a highly organised People & Culture Advisor for our Support Office. This full-time hybrid role blends in-office and remote days to support HR advisory, recruitment, and compliance.

You will partner with management to assess staffing, manage HRIS records, and provide guidance on workplace relations and employee lifecycle processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or 5+ years HR advisory experience.
• Experience maintaining HRIS and providing policy advice to management.
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advisory and employee relations support to management.
• Support recruitment: vacancy advertising, interviewing, and selection.
• Coordinate induction and inform staff on salaries and entitlements.
• Manage HRIS records and lifecycle changes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including Working with Children Checks.
• Produce HR reports and assist in workforce planning.
• Organise employee representatives and support negotiations.
