Job summary

Placed Australia is seeking a full-time SAP Business Analyst in Melbourne to analyze HRIS processes, develop HR technology solutions, and support HRIS systems. You will drive HRIT improvements, automate core HR tasks, and collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors on system enhancements.

The role requires HRIS/SAP/Workday experience, strong data analytics, and project management capabilities, with a focus on global HR operations and transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant HRIT/HRIS experience.
• Deep knowledge of Global HR function technology across payroll, benefits, analytics and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle and Workday; SHRM/HR consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HRIS business processes and requirements to improve HRIT strategies and to-be processes.
• Provide HRIS integration support for leaves, attendance, recruitment and onboarding modules.
• Lead the evaluation and evolution of HR IT systems including testing, configuration, security, and reporting.
• Drive automation and configuration of core HR processes and manage requests for system enhancements.
• Perform system maintenance, including upgrades and patches and coordinate application fixes with cross-functional teams.
• Generate reports and maintain data integrity; create standard reports for ongoing needs.
• Conduct training for clients on new HRIS functionality and document procedures.
• Stay updated on HR technology trends and apply tools and techniques to HRIS.
