Rocky Bay in Booragoon, WA is seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join our team, supporting HR, payroll and corporate systems across the organisation.

You will provide both business and technical support for PayGlobal and MyHR, gather requirements, map processes, manage configurations and develop reports, including SQL-based solutions, while coordinating ICT projects and training staff.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience supporting HR and payroll application systems, ideally PayGlobal/MyHR.
• At least 2 years' experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• At least 1 year's experience developing SQL code and creating customised reports.

Are you an experienced HR systems professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and turning business requirements into practical technology solutions?

Rocky Bay is looking for an HR Systems Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting and improving our HR, payroll and corporate systems.

About the role

In this role, you will provide both business and technical support across Rocky Bay’s HR and corporate systems, working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and our Service Desk team.

You will:

• Provide support for HR and payroll systems including PayGlobal and MyHR
• Investigate system issues, coordinate resolutions and work with vendors to implement improvements
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions
• Map and improve business processes and workflows
• Manage system configurations, upgrades and improvements
• Develop and maintain reports, including custom reporting and SQL-based solutions
• Provide system training and support to staff
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings and document requirements and outcomes
• Lead and coordinate small to medium ICT projects
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and reporting across Rocky Bay
• Provide technical support and guidance to Service Desk team members
• Build strong relationships across the organisation to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.

About you:

• At least 2 years' experience supporting HR and payroll application systems, ideally including PayGlobal and/or MyHR
• At least 2 years' experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
• At least 1 year's experience developing SQL code and creating customised reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions
• Experience managing projects, processes and competing priorities.

Experience with the following would be highly regarded:

• Microsoft SQL Reporting Services
• Salesforce and Skedulo
• HRIS, payroll or workforce management systems and integrations
• Data warehouse development
• Project management.
