We're searching for an experienced and passionate full-time P&C Business Partner to join the People and Culture Team.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive P&C Business Partner to work with the business to drive growth strategies and agenda by delivering high-quality, value-added HR services and expertise. In this true generalist and partnering role, you will work closely with leaders and employees to provide expert guidance on employment and industrial relations matters, ensuring alignment with current legislation, company policies, and best practice workplace management.
Key responsibilities include advising on complex industrial and employment matters, supporting the resolution of industrial issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. You will also contribute to the delivery of strategic HR support to the business
