Job summary

REMONDIS is seeking an experienced HR business partner to work with the People and Culture Team at our Mascot, NSW head office. You will provide expert guidance on employment and industrial relations matters, align practices with legislation, and lead high-quality HR services across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (desirable).
• Strong experience as HR business partner and coaching managers.
• Experience in industrial relations and enterprise bargaining.
• Experience in change management and policy development.
• Proficient in data analysis and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.
• Effective collaborative communication.
