The role covers HR coordination, business partnering, and continuous improvement, with a focus on data integrity, system audits, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years’ experience in HR administration or coordination.
• Experience using HRIS and strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR administration activities across the full employee lifecycle to ensure a seamless experience.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, contract variations, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and probation reviews with compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and confidential information in the HRIS.
• Conduct HR data audits and ensure data integrity across systems.
