Job summary

Credit Corp Group Limited is seeking an HR Operations Manager to own our operational shared services, driving automation, standardising processes from onboarding to offboarding, and uplifting service delivery.

You will lead a small HR Operations team, partner with stakeholders and focus on systems, data and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services with end-to-end lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team and driving high performance.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements for efficiency and service delivery.
• Strong HR systems and reporting skills, with ability to leverage tech.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with attention to detail.
• HiBob experience is highly regarded.
• Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent practical HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR Operations activities across onboarding, changes, offboarding and lifecycle administration.
• Drive continuous improvement in People Operations processes using automation.
• Design and optimise scalable workflows to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Manage HR queries and improve knowledge resources and training.
• Maintain accurate records, contracts and documentation compliant with legislation and privacy.
• Lead and develop the HR Operations team fostering collaboration and improvement.
