Job summary

Qualifications

• Between 3 and 8 years of work experience in HR, with at least 3 years in HR Operations or Advisory.
• A solid knowledge of Australian/APAC employment law would be an asset.
• Highly proficient IT skills, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: payroll, onboarding/offboarding, communication and admin with respect to leave and benefits.
• Career Management: international mobilities and high potential staff support for managers.
• Performance Management, Promotion & Remuneration: local training, annual appraisal, and compensation support.
• Recruitment: job descriptions, advertising, referrals, interviews and follow-up.
• Project Management: vendor management, HR offshoring expansion and transformation initiatives.
