Job summary

St John of God Health Care is seeking two experienced Human Resources Officers for a permanent full-time role in Perth. You will deliver transactional and advisory HR services to line managers and caregivers throughout the employment lifecycle, managing a portfolio and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.

Key duties include processing changes in Workday, payroll documentation, and applying EBAs and Awards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a shared services or high-volume environment.
• Ability to provide accurate HR policy guidance to managers and staff.
• Experience using the Workday HRIS.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills for a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Process changes to caregiver positions, leave, resignations and structure in Workday.
• Ensure payroll documentation is completed and provided on schedule.
• Interpret EBAs, Awards and employment law and advise on entitlements.
• Maintain HR records and compliance in a high-volume environment.
