Core Talent is partnering with a well-known building company in the Sutherland Shire to recruit an experienced HR Manager to bring the function in-house. This hands-on role offers influence over people strategy within a 100-employee workforce and growth trajectory.

You will work directly with the Director and leadership team to develop policies, manage performance and recruitment, and ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation. The role is five days onsite with parking available.

Qualificações

• Approximately 5+ years' HR experience.
• Experience managing or supporting a workforce of around 100 employees.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR compliance.
• Experience interpreting and applying modern awards.

Responsabilidades

• Acting as a key HR advisor to the Director and leadership team.
• Providing practical advice on employee relations, performance management and workplace issues.
• Coaching leaders through performance reviews and difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation, awards and HR best practice.
• Developing recruitment strategies and end-to-end recruitment across the business.
• Reviewing and developing HR policies, processes and documentation.
• Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit.
