Job summary

Geely is rapidly expanding in Australia and seeks an HR Advisor to shape how HR works across the business. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, L&D, performance, employee relations, culture and HR projects with a hands‑on, growth‑minded approach.

You will partner with the HR Manager and leadership team to drive compliant, scalable people initiatives and ensure a high‑performing workplace in a global automotive group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or another relevant field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or advisor role.
• Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and WHS obligations.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and probation processes.
• Develop onboarding content and experience design for new hires.
• Drive performance management cycles and employee relations guidance.
• Support HR projects, policy design and WHS compliance.
• Own HRIS configuration, reporting and data insights.
• Collaborate with leaders to shape people initiatives across Australia.
