Job summary

Talent Web Recruitment is seeking an HR Admin to support day-to-day HR operations for a busy Sydney team on a full-time temporary basis. The role involves independent work within an established HR function, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations and general office administration.

The ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience, strong written communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience across operations, recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day HR queries and employee matters
• Recruitment coordination and liaison with recruitment agencies
• Preparing employment contracts, variations and other HR documentation
• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
• Probation reviews and associated documentation
• Leave and attendance management
• Supporting managers with performance and employee relations matters
• Maintaining employee records, HR trackers and personnel files
• Preparing HR correspondence and file notes
• Coordinating training and compliance requirements
• Supporting HR policies and internal processes
• General office management and administrative oversight
• Liaising with managers and Directors on HR and operational matters
