McMahon Services in Adelaide is seeking an HR Specialist to join our HR team as a true generalist, supporting leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll help shape a growing function with hands-on, practical HR delivery.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll coach managers, lead employee relations, support surveys and run workshops to build leadership capability. This role opens doors to influence and grow our people function from day one.

Formación

• Must have a tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology or related discipline.
• Strong experience as a generalist HR, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
• Experience leading investigations and applying procedural fairness.

Responsabilidades

• Support leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach managers through performance and conduct processes.
• Advise and lead employee relations investigations from intake to resolution.
• Deliver employee surveys and facilitate leadership workshops.
• Drive HR services through face-to-face conversations and relationships.
• Support probation terminations and industrial matters as needed.
