Job summary

McConnell Dowell Australia is seeking a Regional HR Manager to partner with senior leaders across Central and West regions, based in Perth or Adelaide. You will shape workforce capability, drive performance, and contribute to our people strategy within a high-profile project environment.

You will lead regional talent planning, succession, and HR processes, while coaching leaders and supporting change initiatives to strengthen organisational capability. This is a hands-on, strategic HR role.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of relevant HR experience and a tertiary qualification.
• Experience in construction or resources sectors preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Leaders and project teams to drive HR strategy.
• Lead workforce planning, capability development, and performance initiatives.
• Support tendering activity with workforce insights and planning.
• Drive engagement, EVP evolution, and culture within the regions.
• Lead change programs with a people-centric approach.
• Collaborate with national HR to align regional and project needs.
