McMahon Services is seeking an HR Specialist to join our HR team as a true generalist, supporting leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You will coach managers, lead investigations, and drive employee relations matters with support from the HR function.

Based in Adelaide, you will deliver surveys, run leadership workshops, and promote HR services through hands-on, practical guidance while shaping a growing HR capability from day one.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology or related discipline.
• Strong experience in a generalist HR role in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
• Experience supporting workplace investigations and disciplinary processes with procedural fairness.
• Proven ability to coach leaders to strengthen people management skills.
• Confident facilitating workshops and training including employee surveys.

Responsabilités

• Support the employee survey cycle, promoting participation and reviewing results.
• Deliver leader learning sessions and workshops to build people management capability.
• Build trusted relationships with internal customers and promote HR services.
• Coach leaders on performance and conduct from informal conversations to formal processes.
• Advise and lead employee relations matters, including investigations and outcomes.
• Manage industrial claims and advise on probation terminations.
