Job summary

Linfox in Australia seeks an experienced HR Driver to support PUD operations and assist with general yard duties. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm, offering hands-on driving and site tasks in a safety‑mocussed environment.

You will perform routine inspections, maintenance tasks, housekeeping and safety checks, while staying flexible to changing operational needs. A valid HR licence and a commitment to safe work practices are essential.

• Experience in transport, logistics, warehousing or a similar environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Willingness to undertake general yard and maintenance duties.
• Ability to complete routine inspections and basic site checks.
• Flexibility to support changing operational requirements.

What does the job look like?

We're looking for a dependable HR Driver who is happy to get involved wherever needed. This is a hands‑on role supporting our PUD operation as well as assisting with general yard duties and site upkeep. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and is willing to pitch in to support the wider team. This is a permanent and full‑time role, Monday - Friday from 6am - 2pm. Key areas:

• Providing HR driving support across PUD operations
• Completing general yard duties, including housekeeping and dolly greasing
• Assisting with basic maintenance and operational tasks around the site
• Conducting equipment and safety checks
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
