Qualifications

• Current HR Driver Licence.
• Strong experience operating heavy vehicles.

• Experience in waste, recycling, construction or industrial driving is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate HR vehicles across South East Queensland.
• Collect and deliver bins and materials.
• Perform hooklift or skip bin operations when required.
• Complete daily vehicle pre-starts and safety checks.
• Document paperwork and communicate with customers and teams.
• Follow routes and site procedures and maintain vehicle presentation.

The Role

• Operating HR vehicles throughout South East Queensland
• Collection and delivery of bins and materials
• Hooklift and skip bin operations where required
• Completing daily vehicle pre starts and safety checks
• Safe loading, unloading and positioning of bins
• Manoeuvring vehicles safely within industrial and customer sites
• Completing all required paperwork and electronic documentation accurately
• Communicating professionally with customers, site personnel and operations teams
• Following designated routes, site procedures and transport requirements
• Maintaining a high standard of vehicle presentation and care
• Identifying and reporting hazards, vehicle faults and safety concerns immediately

About You

• Current HR Driver Licence
• Strong experience operating heavy vehicles
• Hooklift and/or skip bin experience highly regarded
• Previous waste, recycling, construction or industrial driving experience advantageous
• Outstanding commitment to safety
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident completing paperwork, pre starts and electronic documentation
• Strong spatial awareness and vehicle manoeuvring skills
• Reliable, punctual and professional
