Job summary

On Line Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Driver for a large waste management company based at their Nowra depot. You will operate HR hook lift and side lift trucks to collect and service commercial and residential waste bins across the local area, ensuring safe and efficient runs.

This casual role starts with training at $36.00 per hour and increases to $50.15-$55.43 per hour once fully trained, with ongoing support from the On Line Recruitment team and local work from the Nowra depot.

About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Driver to join a large waste management company based at their Nowra depot.

This is a great opportunity to work locally and support an established waste operation during one of the busiest periods of the year.

You will be responsible for operating hook lift and side lift trucks to collect and service commercial and residential waste bins across the local area.

Full training will be provided on the specific vehicles and equipment, with the hourly rate increasing once you are fully trained and competent in the role.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a current HR Driver's Licence
• Has a safe and responsible approach to driving
• Is reliable, punctual and committed to their work
• Can work independently while following established procedures
• Has good communication skills and a positive attitude
