Workhorse Staffing in Sydney's Blacktown area is seeking an experienced HR Driver to operate HR vehicles across Sydney and surrounds, handling bin collection/delivery and hooklift/skip bin operations with daily safety checks.

This long-term role offers significant overtime and weekend work with strong earning potential for drivers who are reliable, safety-minded and professional on-site.

Qualifications

• Current HR Driver Licence.
• Hooklift or skip bin experience highly regarded.
• Strong commitment to safety and hazard reporting.
• Experience in waste, recycling, construction or industrial driving advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operating HR vehicles across Sydney and surrounding areas.
• Collection and delivery of bins and materials.
• Hooklift and skip bin operations where required.
• Completing daily vehicle pre-starts and safety checks.
• Safe loading, unloading and positioning of bins.
• Maneuvering vehicles safely within industrial and customer sites.
• Completing paperwork and electronic documentation accurately.
• Communicating professionally with customers, site personnel and operations teams.
• Following designated routes, site procedures and transport requirements.
• Maintaining vehicle presentation and reporting hazards or faults immediately.

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused HR Driver to join a busy industrial operation based in the Blacktown area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver looking for consistent work, significant overtime and outstanding earning potential. Previous hooklift or skip bin experience will be highly regarded, however experienced HR Drivers from similar industrial environments are encouraged to apply.

The Role

About You

• Current HR Driver Licence
• Strong experience operating heavy vehicles
• Hooklift and/or skip bin experience highly regarded
• Previous waste, recycling, construction or industrial driving experience advantageous
• Outstanding commitment to safety
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident completing paperwork, pre-starts and electronic documentation
• Good knowledge of Sydney roads and industrial areas
• Strong spatial awareness and vehicle manoeuvring skills
