Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management Limited in Toowoomba is seeking an experienced HR Driver to operate a collection vehicle across the region. The role requires starting at 5:30 am, with potential additional hours including weekends, and includes a base hourly rate of $38.53 plus super.

The position offers induction, training, and uniforms. Candidates must hold an HR Licence, be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical (including drug/alcohol testing), and obtain a National Police check funded by

• Operate a collection vehicle (including hook lift, rear, front and side lift).
• Service customers across the Toowoomba region.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies during loading/unloading.

The Opportunity:

Based at our Toowoomba depot, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a collection vehicle. This may include Hook lift, rear, front lift and side lift loading/unloading tasks, servicing our customers across the region.

About You:

• Must be available for 5.30 am starts
• HR Licence as a minimum
• Good attitude, reliable, and willing to learn
• Willing to take a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test
• To be considered for this role, you must be able to obtain a National Police check (paid for by Cleanaway)
• Waste industry experience is not required (highly regarded)
