Job summary

Cement Australia Pty Limited is seeking an HR Systems & Data Officer to join the People & Capability team in Darra on a fixed-term maternity leave contract. You will manage HR master data in SAP, support the new LMS, and assist with the final stages of the performance system implementation.

You will analyse data for reporting, support data governance, and train staff on HR systems. The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration across Australia.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a role closely aligned to HR systems and data.
• Experience maintaining HRIS data, with SAP HR highly regarded.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with HR data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance or Learning modules is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR master data and organisational structures in SAP, including new starters, changes, terminations and position management.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR systems, process and data queries.
• Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to external vendors where needed.
• Extract, analyse and prepare people data for regular, ad hoc and statutory reporting.
• Support data governance and quality assurance to keep our people data accurate and reliable.
• Train employees and leaders on our people systems and identify opportunities to improve and automate processes.
• Contribute to the implementation of our new Learning Management System, including configuration, testing, and rollout activities.
