Job summary

HorizonOne Recruitment in Canberra is seeking an experienced payroll and HR systems leader to guide a major ERP transformation from Aurion to Workday. The role focuses on payroll, data accuracy, and reporting across HR functions in a high-profile government environment.

You will work with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, develop reporting for Executive Committees and the Annual Report, and optimise Aurion while enabling self-service for staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll systems and HR data reporting.
• Background in ERP transitions, ideally Aurion to Workday.
• Ability to manage data integrity and reporting across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition to Workday from Aurion across HR functions.
• Act as data steward for workforce data and reporting.
• Develop extracts and reports for Executives and committees.
• Manage Aurion with upgrades, enhancements and self-service.
• Prepare system configuration blueprints and SOPs for HR/payroll.
