Lake Washington School District seeks an HR Data Coordinator to support the management of Human Resources data and systems, ensuring accurate assignments, staffing, and state reporting compliance.

The role involves maintaining salary data, handling classified staffing changes, and collaborating with payroll to ensure accurate pay inputs, with a focus on adherence to bargaining provisions and internal policies.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in human resources or related field preferred.
• Prior public school experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains district data used for state compliance and salary placement.
• Monitors, tracks, and communicates classified staffing allocations to buildings.
• Processes classified new hires, assignment changes, transfers, and terminations.
• Inputs and ensures accuracy of classified employee pay assignments in Skyward.
• Coordinates with payroll staff regarding classified pay assignments.
• Prepares ad hoc reports, salary surveys, and data requests for internal staff and external organizations.
