Job summary

Bielby Holdings is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support project teams across QLD and NSW from our Milton Office in Brisbane. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, and help implement company-wide HR policies.

You will collaborate with managers to address grievances, interpret industrial awards, and develop HR plans that drive business objectives while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as an HR Business Partner in a generalist role ideally in construction or heavy industry.
• Good understanding of employment law and Fair Work Act with ability to interpret awards.
• Experience with right of entry procedures and their application.
• Ability to develop and deliver HR plans and projects aligned to business objectives.
• Experience with employee lifecycle and learning/development.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice to Managers and project teams across recruitment, onboarding and performance.
• Support development and implementation of company-wide HR policies and programs.
• Address grievances and conduct workplace investigations.
• Maintain accurate HR information and support HR systems.
