Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team based in Dee Why, Sydney, with occasional travel to the Newington site. You will support an employee group of about 150 across corporate and operational teams, reporting to the Senior HRBP, Oceania.

You will drive recruitment coaching, performance management, IR handling, and cyclical people processes to enable growth and change within the APAC HR function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or Organizational Development or related discipline.
• Specialized HR training in industrial relations, rewards, design, planning, recruitment or talent management.
• Active affiliation with HR networks and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coach team leaders in recruitment, performance management, team feedback, and investigations as required.
• Lead cyclical people processes: remuneration reviews, onboarding, offboarding, performance planning.
• Identify and track people metrics to gauge health of areas and trigger actions.
• Develop relationships with employee stakeholder groups including Union and site reps.
• Lead people aspects of major change (e.g., automation) for growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate on recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives.
