We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded HumanResources Business Partner to join our collaborative team.Partnering closely with leaders across the organisation, you willdeliver practical HR solutions that support business outcomes and apositive employee experience.
This generalist role provides end-to-end support across theemployee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment,onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learningand development, engagement, retention and offboarding. You willalso contribute to strategic people initiatives and continuousimprovement activities.
A key focus of the role is providing expert guidance onindustrial and employee relations matters, including employmentlegislation, award interpretation, workplace investigations,dispute resolution and complex people matters. Your expertise willhelp strengthen organisational capability, drive employeeengagement and support Sylvanvale's continued growth andsuccess.
Key Responsibilities:
