Job summary

Cornerstone Health is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to join our team in Australia. The role provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, and HR inquiries.

You will help ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with policies, contributing to a dynamic healthcare network across our medical centres and allied services.

Qualifications

• HR qualifications or minimum 12 months industry experience.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• A continuous improvement mindset.
• Prior HRIS management experience.
• Experience in healthcare (or transferable industry experience).

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and capable HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, HR documentation, payroll support, and employee inquiries. The HR Assistant helps ensures HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organisational policies and procedures
