Job summary

SA Health is seeking an HR Advisor to support managers and employees across Southern Adelaide Local Health Network. You will provide practical, timely HR advice on entitlements, industrial instruments, recruitment and policies.

Reporting to the HR Team Leader, you will handle position reclassifications, HR correspondence and workflows while building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to service improvements across SALHN.

Qualifications

• HR expertise: experience providing practical HR advice in a complex organisation.
• Understanding of policies, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Ability to manage multiple HR processes and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, practical and accurate HR advice to managers and employees across SALHN.
• Provide guidance across HR matters including policies, Awards and Enterprise Agreements, entitlements and recruitment.
• Support key HR processes, including position reclassifications, HR correspondence and workflows.
• Build strong working relationships with HR leadership and the broader HR Services team.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and service delivery.
