Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to partner with leaders across a high-volume operational environment in Mt Isa, delivering expert ER/IR guidance and partnering on workforce matters and people leadership.

The role requires strong ER/IR capability for large workforces, with coaching of leaders in an industrial context, and a focus on workforce planning, engagement and retention. Mining/industrial experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified HR professional.
• Experience supporting large workforces (500+) in industrial/mining environments.
• Strong ER/IR capability including investigations.
• Mining/industrial or multi-site experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide ER/IR advice to leaders across a large workforce.
• Partner with managers on performance, conduct, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Lead workplace investigations and case management.
• Coach leaders on people processes, policies and best practice.
• Drive employee lifecycle activities, including workforce planning, engagement and retention.

• Ability to influence and coach leaders in operational environments
• Degree-qualified HR professional
• Mining, industrial or complex multi-site experience highly regarded
