Job summary

Michael Page Australia is representing a major Australian employer to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a large-scale industrial operation. Based in Mt Isa, you will partner with leaders to provide expert ER/IR advice within a high-volume environment.

You will lead investigations, coach leaders on HR processes, and drive workforce planning and engagement initiatives while supporting HR system improvements. A degree in HR is required and experience with large workforces is highly regarded.

Qualifications

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience supporting large workforces (500+ employees)
• Strong ER/IR capability, including performance, discipline and workplace investigations
• Ability to influence and coach leaders in operational environments
• Degree-qualified HR professional
• Mining, industrial or complex multi-site experience highly regarded
