The Australian Broadcasting Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Adviser for a 12-month parental leave cover in its People & Culture team. You will provide practical HR guidance to managers across the News Division, handling employee relations, performance matters and change initiatives while supporting the People & Culture Helpdesk and ensuring policy compliance.

• Experience in a busy generalist HR environment and advising managers.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employee relations and employment legislation.
• Experience supporting performance management and organisational change.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with good judgement.
• Proactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance issues.
• Support organisational change initiatives including consultation and communication activities.
• Manage and resolve HR enquiries escalated from the Helpdesk.
• Advise managers on HR policies, procedures and enterprise agreement requirements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the News Division to respond to HR needs.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aligned with business priorities.
