Queensland Rail Limited is seeking a Permanent People Adviser to join the HR Central People Services team. You will partner with leaders across Queensland, delivering expert guidance on a broad range of HR matters including policy interpretation, salary entitlements, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

You’ll support a diverse workforce and contribute to governance and employee relations initiatives.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience as HR Adviser, HR Generalist or People Adviser in a medium to large organisation.
• Experience advising employees at all levels on policy, enterprise interpretation, and legislation.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert HR advice and coaching to leaders on HR and ER issues, including performance management and policy application.
• Deliver tailored support on people matters, ensuring compliance with policies, enterprise agreements, and legislation.
• Prepare accurate documentation and reports to support HR operations and governance requirements.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle through HR systems, workflows and processes.
• Partner with leaders to build capability and drive practical people solutions aligned to organisational objectives.
