Job summary

Randstad is seeking an HR Administrator to join a dynamic retail team in Sydney. You will report to an HR Manager with a focus on coordination, records, and associate services, ensuring confidential handling of information and smooth HR operations.

In this role you will assist with drafting records, manage investigation documents, respond to grievances, and support managers with time and attendance, conduct, and behaviour discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HR role is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• High level of integrity when following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and drafting discussion records.
• Handle investigation scripts and outcome letters.
• Respond to employee grievances.
• Support managers in conversations including time and attendance, behaviour and conduct.
• Adhoc HR admin duties with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
