The IUIH Institute for Urban Indigenous Health is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to support Managers and staff in compliance and the employee lifecycle. The role involves maintaining records such as Blue Cards and registrations and assisting the HR Operations Manager with projects and HRIS tasks.

With a strong focus on Indigenous health outcomes, you will join a diverse team and contribute to a culturally safe workplace. This is a hybrid, full-time position in Brisbane, Queensland.

Qualificações

• Experience in HR administration or supporting HR operations.
• Ability to manage onboarding and employee records.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and licensing.
• Strong data entry and reporting skills.
• Willingness to obtain Criminal History Check.
• Desirable experience with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and respond to HR enquiries in designated mailboxes.
• Oversee onboarding process for new staff.
• Provide best-practice HR advice to employees and Managers.
• Support HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Administer the 2-day induction program.
• Undertake HRIS administrator tasks and data entry to keep records current.
• Ensure currency of compliance requirements (Criminal History Checks, Blue Cards, licenses).
• Assist with regular HR system reports for managers.
