The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH) invites applications for an Administration Officer - Aged Care. The role provides essential administrative and communications support to enable the Aged Care teams to meet business objectives.

The successful candidate will coordinate reception duties, support finance paperwork, and assist with documentation, meetings and conferences within a culturally safe environment that respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Qualifications

• Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person is essential.
• Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD).
• Current Criminal History Check.
• Experience in office/administration/reception roles.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate reception duties for the relevant Aged Care services.
• Administer the 1800 service when introduced in Southside.
• Coordinate general administration tasks including materials, meetings and shredding.
• Coordinate accounts payable/receivable with Corporate Services.
• Coordinate petty cash reimbursements.
