Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Head of HP Operations to lead the ANZ Human Pharma Operations Team. The role focuses on delivering Go-To-Market initiatives, aligning business goals with customer insights and technology capabilities, and partnering across Therapeutic Area teams to execute regional roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, Business, Marketing or related discipline is required.
• Proven people leadership, management and coaching capability.
• Ability to conceptualise, develop and optimise Go-To-Market processes and tools.
• Proven project management and change management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with commercial and business understanding.
• Excellent customer focus, teamwork and performance drive.

Responsibilities

• Lead ANZ contributions to the regional Customer Engagement Model, delivering value and business objectives across touchpoints.
• Oversee ANZ planning, forecasting and market intelligence, translating trends into recommendations for Therapuetic Area teams and Leadership Committee.
• Coordinate and optimise campaigns and content plans aligned with customer and business goals.
• Document business requirements and innovation opportunities for regional review.
• Enable end-to-end content management from editorial planning to customer delivery.
• Oversee ANZ capability building to deliver the Go-To-Market roadmap.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, the Code of Conduct and pharmacovigilance requirements.
• Drive collaboration across Therapeutic Area, Human Pharma, Medical, Sales, Marketing, IT and regional teams.
