ACH Group is seeking a Maintenance Customer Service Officer in Glenelg for a casual role up to 20 hours per week. The role delivers excellent customer service to staff, residents and contractors while handling administrative tasks and maintenance coordination.
You will work with the Maintenance Customer Service Supervisor and use Microsoft Office and databases for data entry, reporting and document control, supporting a range of maintenance tasks in a not-for-profit housing group.
The Maintenance Customer Service Officer role is part of the ACH Group Property Division based at Glenelg. This casual role, with up to 20 hours rostered per week, reporting to the Maintenance Customer Service Supervisor and is responsible for the delivery of an excellent customer service experience to all ACH Group Staff, Residents, supporting contractors and other associated stakeholders. Key to the role is to undertake a range of administrative processes that effectively facilitates systems and processes associated with the management of all maintenance tasks.
