Job summary

CatholicCare NT is seeking a Housing Programs Co-ordinator to support the Specialist Homelessness Services across multiple sites in Darwin. You will work with the Housing Manager and program staff to ensure consistent service delivery, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement across housing programs.

• SCHADS Above Award Salary Grade 6 - $116,490 per annum plus super
• Relocation assistance offered up to $3000 plus two weeks of accommodation
• Six weeks annual leave plus two weeks personal leave

About the Role

The Housing Programs Co-ordinator supports the effective coordination of CatholicCare NT's Specialist HomelessnessServices. The role works with the Housing Manager, program staff and service sites to supportconsistent service delivery, program monitoring, reporting, continuous improvement and stakeholderliaison across housing programs.

The position contributes to service quality, contractual compliance and participant-focused outcomesby assisting housing teams to maintain effective systems, practices and reporting processes.

What we are looking for

• Relevant qualification in community services, housing, social services or a related field, anddemonstrated experience in housing, homelessness or community services
• Demonstrated experience supporting program coordination, service delivery, reporting orquality processes in a community services environment
• Demonstrated ability to organise work priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accuratedocumentation and compliance requirements.
• Well-developed communication and relationship management skills, including the ability towork effectively with Aboriginal organisations and culturally diverse communities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to service improvement activities.
