Job summary

CatholicCare NT is seeking a Housing Programs Coordinator - Performance and Monitoring to support the Specialist Homelessness Services. You will work with the Housing Manager and site teams to strengthen monitoring, reporting and service delivery across housing programs.

The role focuses on improving service quality, ensuring contractual compliance and delivering participant-centred outcomes while engaging with Aboriginal organisations and diverse communities. Based in Darwin, NT.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in community services, housing, social services or related field; demonstrated experience in housing, homelessness or community services.
• Experience supporting program coordination, service delivery, reporting or quality processes.
• Ability to organise work priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CatholicCare NT's Specialist Homelessness Services alongside Housing Manager and program staff.
• Support service delivery, monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement across housing programs.
• Ensure contractual compliance and participant-focused outcomes through robust systems and processes.
• Liaise with stakeholders and Aboriginal and culturally diverse communities.

• SCHADS Above Award Salary Grade 6 - $116,490 per annum plus super
• Relocation assistance offered up to $3000 plus two weeks of accommodation
• Six weeks annual leave plus two weeks personal leave

About the Role

The Housing Programs Co-ordinator supports the effective coordination of CatholicCare NT's Specialist Homelessness Services. The role works with the Housing Manager, program staff and service sites to support consistent service delivery, program monitoring, reporting, continuous improvement and stakeholder liaison across housing programs.

The position contributes to service quality, contractual compliance and participant-focused outcomes by assisting housing teams to maintain effective systems, practices and reporting processes.

What we are looking for

• Relevant qualification in community services, housing, social services or a related field, and demonstrated experience in housing, homelessness or community services
• Demonstrated experience supporting program coordination, service delivery, reporting or quality processes in a community services environment
• Demonstrated ability to organise work priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accurate documentation and compliance requirements.
• Well-developed communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to work effectively with Aboriginal organisations and culturally diverse communities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to service improvement activities.
