Job summary

CatholicCare NT in Darwin, NT invites applications for a Housing Programs Co-ordinator to support Specialist Homelessness Services. You will work with the Housing Manager and site teams to coordinate service delivery, monitor programs and support reporting and continuous improvement.

The role contributes to contractual compliance and participant outcomes, maintaining accurate records and liaising with Aboriginal organisations and culturally diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in community services, housing, social services or related field.
• Experience in housing, homelessness or community services.
• Ability to organize work priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accurate documentation and compliance.
• Well-developed communication and relationship management skills, including working with Aboriginal organisations and culturally diverse communities.

• SCHADS Above Award Salary Grade 6 - $116,490 per annum plus super
• Relocation assistance offered up to $3000 plus two weeks of accommodation

About the Role

The Housing Programs Co-ordinator supports the effective coordination of CatholicCare NT's Specialist HomelessnessServices. The role works with the Housing Manager, program staff and service sites to supportconsistent service delivery, program monitoring, reporting, continuous improvement and stakeholderliaison across housing programs.

The position contributes to service quality, contractual compliance and participant-focused outcomesby assisting housing teams to maintain effective systems, practices and reporting processes.

What we are looking for

• Relevant qualification in community services, housing, social services or a related field, anddemonstrated experience in housing, homelessness or community services
• Demonstrated experience supporting program coordination, service delivery, reporting orquality processes in a community services environment
• Demonstrated ability to organise work priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accuratedocumentation and compliance requirements.
• Well-developed communication and relationship management skills, including the ability towork effectively with Aboriginal organisations and culturally diverse communities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to service improvement activities.
