Job summary
Homes North is seeking a Client Relations Officer in Moree to support tenants and applicants, helping them access and sustain secure housing. This is a people-focused role that blends professional tenancy management with empathy, problem-solving, and strong stakeholder engagement.
You will engage with advocates, support services and partner organisations to help clients sustain long-term housing outcomes, with a focus on assisting low to moderate income earners in the New England North West
Qualifications
- Certificate III in Social Housing or equivalent experience.
- Experience in welfare, property management, or community services.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professional boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for applicants and tenants.
- Manage a portfolio of tenancies, including sign-ups, inspections, and ongoing tenancy support.
- Collaborate with advocates, support services and partner organisations to help clients sustain long-term housing outcomes.
- Support low-to-moderate income earners across the New England North West region to achieve housing stability.
