Queens Beach Hotel on the Gold Coast is seeking a Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) to maintain guest rooms to a high standard, assist the Front Office with guest requests, and follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, reliability and adaptability; a manual driving licence is required to operate the work vehicle.

We’re searching for a our very own ‘Rosie the Robot’ - you know, from The Jetsons - a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. making beds, operating heavy cleaning equipment, turning mattresses, and moving linen carts or supply deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
